LOL Max. I agree some people no matter what background take themselves and their cultural identity to seriously. I'm not of full Scot descent myself. I usually describe myself as a European mutt. I have Irish, Scot, English, Welsh, Norse, German, and a few other countries thrown in. Also I have a maternal great-great grandmother who was American-Indian. I only know about the Norse cause of my beard. My hair is brown but my beard has quite a bit of red in it. Which is a Norse trait. I wear the kilt cause I like to. It's fun, I get a kick out of peoples reactions. I don't wear the kilt cause I feel some obligation to the Scottish clan that gave me my last name. I don't even think I have a cultural identity. I was born and raised in America, but like to associate mentally with the English. Several people on this board have thought I was English, due to my spelling and grammar choices.
