Yes, we ARE all related! At last count there were at least 10,000 specific religions being practiced around the world ... they all have two things in common, except for Satanism, some form of the Golden Rule and some acknowledgement of something 'more' than us (Satanism lacks the Golden Rule).
One of the precepts of the Fellowship of the Gitite is that it is blatantly arrogant to think that you have it 'right' regarding God and that all others, even other religions, have it 'wrong' ... it is impossible to be absolutely certain about what you can not possibly be absolutely certain about. A good Gitite recognizes the difference between 'knowing' something and 'believing' something ... we all turn to beliefs about God because we really can't know anything for certain about Him.
If you can acknowledge that what you know about God is actually what you only believe about Him them it becomes much easier to respect the 'beliefs' of others, after all, nobody knows for sure, not even you yourself.
